CPI Escalator automates Consumer Price Index–based rent escalation calculations using U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) data. By using this website or any related API (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service.

Outputs are provided for informational purposes only and must be verified for your jurisdiction and use case. The Service does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice, and no attorney–client relationship is formed.

Use of the Service
